Mouse Assisting Speedfire-Tool |
product description |
The Problem |
|
More and more computer games only work with a mouse as the input device. Mainly the freeware games, quickly and easyly distributed by e-mail, are belonging to this group. Some of these games want the player to click the mousekeys as fast as possible (e. g. the ego-shooter "Moorhuhn" by Phenomedia AG, an extremely popular game in Germany with more than a million players). If you are using a joystick you can do this automatically - it is called "speedfire". At the moment in using mice a function like this is not available. The player, using a mouse and simulating speedfire, has to press the mouse-keys very fast manually. This troubles a precizely way of positioning the mouse and tires the users hand. Besides the maximum frequency of pressing the mouse-key is only about five clicks per second. |

Our Solution |
|
We have developed an additional electronic, that extends the functions of the mouse with "speedfire" by generating impluses and brings them directly to the microswitches of the mouse-keys.Additionally this electronic is configurable by switches and regulators in the following ways:
The frequency of the signals accepted by software on a 350 Mhz computer (e. g. AMD K6-2) is already set to 10 Hz. |
